Our Story

Janice Cope established Peoplism in 2007 with the primary purpose of offering professional contemporary Human Resources (HR) people related services to small and medium sized businesses.

With more than 25 years’ experience working as a business professional, Janice recognises the people related challenges facing entrepreneurs, business leaders, managers and individuals in the workplace.

Our Focus

With blended business and HR management experience across a variety of organisational environments, including Telecommunications, Finance, IT, Consulting and Not for Profit, Janice has an appreciation of the impact, risks and opportunities both organisationally and individually when working in dynamic ambiguous environments. Intrigued by people’s reactions to change and her own first-hand experience her curiosity drove her to invest in further communication development and exploration in this area, most recently focussing on gaining a deeper understanding of the role the ‘inside plays’ when building resilience and flexibility to deal with change.

An accredited Neuro Linguistics and Neuro Semantics Practitioner and Certified ACMC(P) Coach Janice is passionate about working with individuals, teams and business leaders identifying the right focus in support of the outcome they desire. She is also a member of the International Society of Neuro-Semantics, the Institute of Neuro-Semantics Australia and Meta Coach Foundation.

Taking a structured approach with world class methodologies, and access to an international professional knowledge network Janice draws on her business experience and sound communication and coaching skills. Developing a mutually trusting partnership Janice compassionately encourages and challenges her clients facilitating a call to action in support of sustainable change.
